Service · Testimonial Video
Watch your customer light up about working with you.
A testimonial video puts one of your real customers on camera, comfortable, telling the story of what changed after they hired you. I interview them so it feels like a conversation, then cut a horizontal master and a vertical short. You end up with a sales asset that explains you better than you can explain yourself.

Who this is for.
This is for the business owner whose customers say things in private that nobody else ever hears. The thank-you note in the holiday card. The comment about how working with you changed something. The introduction to a friend that starts with a sentence you wish you had on video. My job is to close the gap between what your customer feels and what they say in public, without making them perform.
Two things happen on a testimonial shoot. Your customer feels seen, because someone across the room actually cares about the answer, and they often say things they’ve never said out loud. And you watch the playback and realize how much your work matters to people. You can’t un-know that.

What it looks like in practice.
Before
You and me first
Thirty to sixty minutes with you, no customer in the room. Who they are, what they were going through before they hired you, and what changed after.
Shoot day
The first laugh
About forty-five minutes on camera. I open with questions that have nothing to do with you. Where they’re from. What they do for fun. The first time they laugh, we’re in. Then three real questions: What were you avoiding before? What surprised you? What would you tell someone who’s where you were?
Delivery
Two cuts, one story
A horizontal master for your website and sales pages, and a vertical short for Reels, Shorts and TikTok, about a week later.
Field notes
Why most testimonials feel staged, and what fixes it.
Notes from real shoots on customer interviews, comfort on camera and the questions that get the true answer.
Common questions about testimonial videos.
What if my customer is camera shy?
Most of them are. That’s exactly why this works. The first part of every shoot is conversation, not interview. By the time we get to the real questions, the camera has stopped mattering. Plenty of people walk in saying “I’m bad at this” and walk out surprised.
Do you write the questions, or do I?
I write them, based on the conversation we have before shoot day. You see the list ahead of time and can change anything. Most clients trust the framework once they see how it builds.
How long is the finished video?
The horizontal master usually runs two to three minutes. The vertical cuts run thirty to ninety seconds. Both come out of the same shoot.
Can we film at my customer’s place?
Yes. Most testimonial shoots happen at the customer’s home or office, because that’s where they’re most comfortable. I bring the gear and set up around their space.
What if my customer says no?
It happens. Ask a different customer. The ones who say yes usually have the strongest story anyway, because they were already willing to talk about you.
Got a customer who’d say yes?
