AI training · San Diego
AI training for your employees, on the work they do this week.
Your team keeps asking how to use AI, and you don’t have time to teach them. I will. I’m Eddie Flores, a San Diego AI consultant for small business, and I’m not a tech guy either. I teach your people on their real emails, their real quotes and their real follow-ups. Plain words, real screens, no slides full of buzzwords.

Why it pays off
Training your people does more good than fancy automation.
A tool nobody on your team knows how to use is just another subscription. A team that knows how to use the tools you already pay for gets faster this week, not next quarter.
They learn on their own work
No made-up examples. We use the emails, quotes and follow-ups sitting in their inbox right now, so the lesson is already useful before we’re done.
Fewer questions land on you
When your people can get a solid first draft on their own, the same question stops landing on your desk four times a day.
Safe from day one
We cover what goes in, who can see it, and what never leaves your hands, before anyone pastes a customer’s information into anything.
Tell me what your team does all day. I’ll tell you where AI fits, and where it doesn’t.
Who this is for.
The owner whose people keep asking “can AI do this?” and who doesn’t have the hours to figure it out for them.
The team that tried ChatGPT a couple of times, got answers that sounded smart and got the business wrong, and quietly went back to doing it all by hand. That’s a setup problem, not an AI problem. We fix the setup.
It isn’t for anyone shopping for a certificate, a guru, or a stack of thirty subscriptions. It’s for people who want their week back.
What your team walks away with.
- Hands-on time on their real work, not a slideshow
- The steps they used, so they can do it again without me
- A short list of tools worth paying for, and the ones to skip
- Clear rules on what business information goes into AI and what never does
- In person here in San Diego, or over Zoom if your team is spread out

How it goes.
First
Tell me what eats their week
One line is enough. The questions they ask you, the work they redo, the thing everybody dreads.
Then
We train on the real thing
Their screens, their work, plain words. One thing at a time, not twelve tools.
After
They run it without me
That’s the finish line. If your team still needs me to do it for them, I didn’t do my job.
Questions about AI training for your team.
Does my team need to be technical?
No. I’m a photographer and a videographer, and I don’t write code. If your people can explain their job to a new hire, they can explain it to AI. That’s most of the skill.
Can you train my whole team at once?
Yes. In person here in San Diego, or over Zoom if your team is spread out.
Which AI tools will you teach?
The one that does the job best right now, and today that’s Claude, plus a short list of tools I’ve actually tested in my own business. I’d rather your team uses two or three tools well than twelve they forget about.
We tried ChatGPT and it got our business wrong. Why would this be different?
Because it didn’t know your business yet. Most bad answers come from a bad setup: no context, no examples, no rules. We fix that part first, on your real work, and the answers get a lot better.
Is our business data safe?
We go slow on that part on purpose: what goes in, who can see it, and what never leaves your hands. If a tool can’t answer those questions clearly, it doesn’t make the list.
What does AI training cost?
It depends on the team and what they do, so there’s no price list on this site. Tell me about your team and I’ll give you an honest answer up front, before anything starts.
Training or a custom build, which do I need?
If your people keep asking how to use AI, start with training. If you already know the one job that eats your week and you just need it built, that’s a custom AI build. Not sure? Tell me what eats your week and I’ll tell you straight.
What does your team keep asking you?
Name the one thing. One line is plenty. I’ll write back with an honest read on whether AI can take it.
I reply within one business day.
