WHY MOST BUSINESS-OWNER VIDEO DOESN’T LAND
Most videographers point a camera at you. We figure out who you actually are first.
Anyone with decent gear can deliver clean footage. Almost nobody runs the conversation that gets the founder comfortable, finds the superpower, and turns a scared entrepreneur into someone who watches their own playback and thinks “dang, that’s me.”
Here’s the problem with most business-owner videos. The videographer shows up with gear and asks you to “just be natural.” You freeze. The footage is unusable. You walk away thinking the issue is you. It is not. The issue is that nobody did the work that makes the camera work. Nobody sat with you for a real conversation about what you actually do, who your customer is when they are not buying, what makes you different, and what you wish more people understood about your business. We do that work first. Every time. By the time the camera comes out, you already know what you want to say. The red light stops mattering. Story first. Camera second.
Most failed shoots have the same fingerprint. The videographer skipped the conversation. They pointed a camera at someone who did not know what to say. The studio was clean. The lighting was clean. The audio was clean. The person on screen looked like a stranger reading a script. That is not your fault. That is a process problem. The fix is not better gear. The fix is the front-end work nobody charges for because nobody wants to do it. We do.
WHO THIS IS FOR
If you have been putting this off for two years, you are not alone.
This studio is built for business owners between 35 and 50 who run lean teams of around six employees, do somewhere between $250,000 and $2.5M a year, and have been telling themselves “next month” about video for two years running. You are profitable. You are respected. You can run a meeting in your sleep. You also freeze the second a phone gets pointed at your face, and you privately want to watch the playback and think “dang, I look confident, I sound like myself, I’d hire that guy.” That is the secret want we are here to deliver on. Not just sales. Identity. The before-state is hiding from your own face. The after-state is liking what you see. That shift is the actual product.
HOW WE WORK
Four steps. Zero fluff.
1. Brand-Message Conversation
Before the camera comes out, we work out who you actually are, who you’re really talking to, and what makes you different. This is the front end most videographers skip.
2. Comfort Coaching
By the time we shoot, you’re answering questions you’ve already thought through. Most clients are surprised by how natural it ends up feeling on camera.
3. The Shoot
Half-day or full-day on location. Full audio, lighting, multi-camera. We move fast but we don’t rush you. The conversation we already had is doing most of the work.
4. Edited Deliverables
Horizontal master plus vertical social cuts. Roughly a week after the shoot. You get footage that looks like you on a good day, because that is what we captured.

A REAL CLIENT TRANSFORMATION
Mara was a shy introvert. Now she’s out there crushing it.
Mara came in like a lot of business owners come in. She knew video would help her business. She also hated being on camera. She had been putting it off for two years. The first time we met I asked her to tell me about her favorite customer. Forty minutes later she was still talking. The camera was off the whole time. By the time we turned it on the next week, the answers were already inside her. She just needed someone to hold the space.
A year later Mara runs her own YouTube channel. She posts consistently. She gets recognized at networking events. The thing that changed was not her skill on camera. It was the system that lets her show up as herself instead of as a performance. That is the unlock.
Don’t take my word for it.

Frequently asked questions
How much does a videography day cost in San Diego?
Half-day shoots run roughly $1,000 to $2,000 and full-day shoots run $2,000 to $5,000. Optional editing adds about a week to delivery. Final pricing depends on scope, location, and what you actually need.
What makes Mr Eddie Flores different from other San Diego videographers?
Eddie runs the brand-message conversation BEFORE the camera comes out. Most videographers skip this step or charge extra for it as a separate deliverable. Here it is the default. By the time we shoot, you already know what you want to say, and the camera turns into a friend instead of a judge.
I tried this before and the footage was unusable. Why will it work this time?
The reason that shoot failed is the same reason this one will work, if it is done right. Most failed shoots have one fingerprint. The videographer skipped the conversation that gets you comfortable. We do that work first, every time. The first 30 minutes is talk. No camera. If you don’t feel ready after that, we don’t shoot.
I’m camera shy. Will this work for me?
Yes, and it works best for camera-shy founders. Mara was a textbook introvert who had been avoiding video for two years. A year after working together, she runs her own YouTube channel and posts consistently. The introvert is still in there. What changed was the relationship with her own face on screen.
Do you offer monthly content packages?
Yes. Monthly content packages bundle a half-day or full-day shoot per month with the footage chopped into vertical social deliverables and captions. Pricing is custom and gets set during the strategy call once we understand your content goals and volume.
