Tell me what you’re trying to do.

Three ways to reach me. I answer all of them personally. No gatekeeper, no funnel.

Text or call

Fastest. I’m usually on a shoot but I check messages between setups.

Email

If your question is longer than a text. I’ll get back to you within a day.

Visit

By appointment. Mon to Fri, 8am to 6pm.

What happens after you reach out.

A real human reads your message, and that human is me. Inside one business day you get a reply with two questions back. What are you trying to accomplish, and what has been holding you back. The answers tell me whether we are a fit and what shape the project should take. If we are not a fit, I will tell you straight up and point you toward someone who is. If we are a fit, we set up a fifteen-minute call. No pitch deck. No cold script. Just a conversation that usually answers more than half of what you would have asked anyway. Most clients say the call alone gave them clarity they did not have walking in. From there, you decide if you want to move forward. There is no pressure. Staying where you are is also an answer.

If you want to move forward after the call, the next step is the brand-message session. That working session always happens before any camera comes out, and it is where the real differentiation in the studio lives. From the moment you send a message to the moment we wrap a shoot, expect about three to four weeks at a normal pace. Faster if your situation needs it. Slower if you are not ready, which is also fine.

Or just send me a message.

Two real questions: what are you trying to accomplish, and what’s been holding you back. Send those in any order. I’ll reply.

Frequently asked questions

How fast do you reply?

One business day at most. Usually faster. If you text or call, expect a reply between shoots that day or first thing the next morning.

Do I have to know what I want before I reach out?

No. Most founders reach out without a fully formed plan. The discovery call is where we figure out what you actually need. You will probably leave the call with a clearer answer than the one you walked in with.

Where are you located and where do you shoot?

I am based in San Diego and shoot across San Diego County. Occasional projects extend into Orange County and LA County. Travel beyond Southern California is quoted case by case.

Do you work with people outside of business owners and entrepreneurs?

The studio is built for entrepreneurs and business owners. The story-first process is designed for that audience. If you are a non-profit or a public sector project, reach out anyway and we will see if there is a fit.

What if my budget is small?

Tell me anyway. Sometimes the right answer is “not yet, save another quarter.” Sometimes there is a smaller project shape that fits. Either way, you will get a real answer instead of a runaround.
