Service ยท Testimonial Video
Watch your customer light up about working with you.
The most transformative deliverable in the studio. Most customers walk in nervous and walk out feeling like a movie star. You get a sales asset that does the work for the next year.
Who this is for.
This is for the founder whose customers say things in private that the rest of the world never hears. The thank-you note tucked into the holiday card. The off-handed comment about how working with you changed something. The introduction to a friend that begins with a sentence you wish you had on video. Most testimonials sit in that gap between what your customer feels and what they say in public. Our job is to close that gap. We get them on camera, comfortable, and pull the real story out without making them perform. Then you have a sales asset that does the work for you while you sleep.
Two things happen on a testimonial shoot, both of them important. The first is that your customer feels seen. They get to talk about something that mattered to them, and a real person across the room cares about the answer. They almost always say things they have never said out loud. The second is that you, the founder, watch the playback and realize how much your work matters to people. That moment is irreversible. You cannot un-know how your customers actually feel about you. It re-energizes the whole business. Multiple founders have called this the deliverable that changed how they show up at work.

What it looks like in practice.
Before shoot day, we run a thirty to sixty minute conversation with you. Just you and me, no customer in the room. We work out who this customer is, what they bought, what they were going through before they hired you, and what changed after. By the end I know what to listen for on shoot day. The customer interview itself runs about forty-five minutes on camera. I open with questions that have nothing to do with the testimonial. Where they are from. What they do for fun. The first time they laugh, that is the take I am going to use as the trust anchor in the cut. Then we slide into the real questions. What were you avoiding before. What surprised you about the process. What would you say to someone who is right where you were six months ago. Three answers, three usable testimonial pieces, all from one shoot.
After the shoot, the editor cuts a horizontal master and a vertical short. The horizontal lives on your sales pages, your YouTube, your proposal decks. The vertical runs on Reels, Shorts, TikTok. Most clients schedule one delivery week per testimonial. Within a month of shoot day, you have a polished asset that explains your work better than any sales page you could write yourself.

HOW WE WORK
Four steps. Zero fluff.
1. Brand-Message Conversation
Before the camera comes out, we work out who you actually are, who your customer is, and what story we are pulling out of the testimonial.
2. Comfort Coaching
Your customer walks in nervous. Within fifteen minutes they forget the camera is rolling. That is the unlock.
3. The Shoot
Half-day on location. Full audio, lighting, multi-camera. We move fast but we don’t rush them.
4. Edited Deliverables
Horizontal master plus vertical social cut. Roughly a week after the shoot.
Don’t take my word for it.

My client was nervous on the way in. By the time we wrapped, she was beaming. The cut still gets new leads months later.

Common questions about testimonial videos.
What if my customer is camera shy?
Most of them are. That is the whole reason this works. The first fifteen minutes of every shoot is conversation, not interview. By the time we ask the real questions, the camera has stopped mattering. We have done this hundreds of times with people who walked in saying “I am bad at this.”
Do you write the questions, or do I?
I write them based on the brand-message session we run with you before shoot day. You see the question list ahead of time and can edit, but most clients trust the framework once they see how it builds.
How long is the final video?
The horizontal master is usually two to three minutes. The vertical pulls run thirty to ninety seconds. Both come out of the same shoot.
Can we shoot at my customer’s location?
Yes. Most testimonial shoots happen at the customer’s home or office because that is where they are most comfortable. We bring the gear and set up around their space.
What if my customer says no?
It happens. Pick a different customer. The ones who say yes are usually the ones with the strongest story anyway, because they were already willing to talk about you.
