Service ยท Full-Day Shoot
Full day. Multiple deliverables. Big leverage.
Eight to nine hours on location with full crew. For projects that need multiple setups, multiple speakers, or a foundation video plus social pulls in one shoot day. The volume play.

Who this is for.
The full-day shoot is for the project that does not fit inside half a day. A founder interview plus three customer testimonials in one batch. A launch video plus a quarter of social pulls in one go. An event coverage. A multi-room company tour with multiple speakers. If you have several deliverables that all need the same crew, the same lighting, and the same hair-and-wardrobe energy, doing them in one day is the leverage move. You pay for one setup and one day on location and you walk away with a stack of finished pieces.
The full day is also the right size for clients who have already done a half-day, watched the playback, and decided they want bigger swings. The brand-message conversation already exists. The crew already knows your space and your voice. Adding a second deliverable in the same day costs less than running a separate half-day from scratch, and the results compound. By the time you wrap, you have a founder anchor video, a customer testimonial, and a stack of vertical pulls all from the same shoot day.
What’s included.

- Pre-shoot brand-message conversation
- Raw footage delivered for archive

What it looks like in practice.
A full day moves through three or four blocks. Block one is the founder interview, ninety minutes in the chair with multi-camera and full audio. Block two is testimonial or secondary speaker, depending on the run-of-show we worked out in pre-production. Block three is b-roll, walking shots, environment, the visual language that makes the cuts feel cinematic. Block four is reserved for personality moments and the unscripted bonus material that always becomes the most-shared social pull. Lunch break is built in. We do not skip it. The energy on hour eight depends on what happened on hour four.
After the shoot, the editing pipeline runs longer than a half-day because the volume is bigger. Expect about two weeks for the full delivery folder if editing is purchased. Most full-day clients also schedule a post-shoot review call where we walk through the master cut on screen and align on revisions before final delivery. The whole arc, from brand-message session to final folder, usually lands inside a four to five week window.

HOW WE WORK
Four steps. Zero fluff.
1. Brand-Message Conversation
Pre-shoot working session, no camera. We surface the topics, speakers, and run-of-show for the day.
2. Comfort Coaching
By the time we shoot, every speaker knows what they are answering and why.
3. The Shoot
8 to 9 hours on location. Multi-camera, full crew, run-of-show built around your deliverables.
4. Edited Deliverables
Roughly two weeks after the shoot. Master cut plus social pulls in horizontal and vertical formats.
Don’t take my word for it.

Common questions about full-day shoots.
What is “full day” exactly?
8 to 9 hours on location, plus 45 to 60 minutes of setup time before. Lunch break is built in. We do not skip it. The brand-message conversation runs separately the week before, on a video call.
How many deliverables can fit in one day?
Realistically, two to three substantial deliverables plus social pulls. A founder interview plus three customer testimonials. Or a brand video plus a stack of vertical content. Beyond that, the day gets cramped and the energy drops.
Can we shoot at multiple locations in one day?
Yes if they are close. Two locations within a 20-minute drive of each other works fine. Three locations is usually too much in one day because of teardown and re-setup time. We can quote a multi-day project instead.
Is editing always included on a full day?
It is optional. Most full-day clients include editing because the volume of footage is harder to use without it. If you have an in-house editor, raw footage is fine and the project costs less.
What happens if we run long?
The day is built with buffer. Most shoots wrap inside the planned window. If we genuinely need more time and you want to keep going, we charge an hourly add. Nobody likes a surprise bill, so we surface that decision before it happens.
