Make them want to walk in.
I’m Eddie Flores, and I’ve done real estate photography in San Diego for over a decade. Listings, twilight shots, rentals, estates, and architectural lighting at night. Photos, video and the walkthrough, from one person who shows up on time and hands you something you’re proud to post.

Listings
Day, dusk and every room in between.
The bright living room sells the space. The twilight shot stops the scroll. I shoot both, so your listing gets the click and the showing.

A listing in La Mesa, by day and at twilight, and an estate in Rancho Santa Fe.
Architectural and lighting
Architectural photography that shows off the light.
Visual Concepts Lighting, a San Diego lighting company, has had me back for project after project since 2023. The river park at Snapdragon Stadium. Fox Point Farms in Encinitas. A winery in Temecula. A new community in Carlsbad.
Lighting work is shot after dark, and every fixture has to read the way the designer meant it. My crew and I plan the light, the timing and the angles before the sun goes down, then work fast through blue hour while the sky and the lights balance.

Airbnb and Peerspace
Rental photos that get the booking.
A short-term rental lives or dies on its first photo. Tracy Duhs hired me for her Airbnb in San Diego and her Peerspace home in Point Loma: the wide rooms, the patio at dusk, and the little details guests look for before they book.
I shoot it the way a guest will feel it. Bright, clean, honest, and true to the place, so the photos earn the booking and the review.

Why it pays off
Better photos. Faster showings. Fewer headaches.
Buyers and guests decide in a few seconds of scrolling. The photos do the first showing for you.
More clicks, more showings
Bright, straight, well-lit rooms and a twilight shot that stands out in the feed. People click the listing that looks like a home they’d want to walk into.
One person, the whole job
Photos, video walkthroughs, details and the exterior at dusk, all from the same shoot. No juggling three vendors and three schedules.
On time, every time
I run my business on systems that keep me fast and organized, so your photos come back when I said they would, and you always know what’s next.

Common questions about real estate photography.
How much does real estate photography cost in San Diego?
It depends on the size of the property, whether you want twilight, video or drone, and where it is, so there’s no price list on this site. Text me the address area and what you need, and I’ll give you a straight number with no surprise add-ons.
What is twilight real estate photography?
It’s the exterior shot taken just after sunset, when the sky goes deep blue and the lights inside the house glow. It’s the photo that stops people in the feed, and it’s often the first one buyers remember.
Do you shoot video walkthroughs too?
Yes. I’m a videographer as well, so you can get the photos and a walkthrough video or social clips from the same visit. One plan, one person, everything matching.
Do you do architectural and lighting photography?
Yes. I’ve photographed parks, a farm community, a winery and new neighborhoods at night for a lighting company, the kind of work where every fixture has to look the way the designer meant it.
Can you photograph my Airbnb or Peerspace?
Yes. Rental photos are a little different from a listing. You want the rooms, but you also want the feeling and the details guests look for, like the patio at dusk or a fully stocked kitchen. I shoot for the booking.
How should I get the property ready?
Clear the counters, hide the cords and the trash cans, open the blinds and turn on every light. We’ll go over the rest on the planning call so nothing gets missed.
Need people too? See professional headshots, or everything I photograph.
My promise
The On-the-Day Promise.
I tell you the day your photos land, and they land that day, within 48 hours of the shoot.
How it works
- The property is shoot-ready when I arrive: counters clear, lights on, blinds open. I’ll send you the prep list.
- I get access at the time we booked.
- The delivery day is the one I give you in writing when you book.
- Twilight and drone shots depend on the weather. If the weather moves the shoot, the clock moves with it.
- Architectural and lighting projects get their own delivery date, set when you book.
Got a property to shoot?
Text me the area, the size and when you need it. One line is enough. I’ll write back with a couple of questions and we’ll know fast if it’s a fit.
I reply within one business day.
