A headshot you’ll actually want to send.
I’m Eddie Flores, and I shoot professional headshots in San Diego for business owners and their teams. Most people walk in sure they take a bad picture. A few minutes later they’re laughing, they forget the lens is there, and the photo that comes out looks like them on a good day. One person or the whole office, at your place or mine.

Real people
Real clients. Real headshots.
Every face on this page is a client who said yes to being on my site. No stock. No models. No AI.

The headshot wall

Why it pays off
Your headshot gets seen before you do.
Before anybody calls you, they look you up. Your headshot is the first handshake, and it’s happening a hundred times a week without you in the room.
Trust before the first call
A clear, warm photo on LinkedIn and your website tells people you’re real and easy to work with. The person who walks in should recognize the person they saw online.
One team, one look
Same light, same framing, same feel for everybody, so your About page looks like one company instead of a collage of phone selfies. New hire next year? I match the set.
Use it everywhere
LinkedIn, your site, a speaking bio, a press kit, the conference badge. You get the photo in the sizes you need, and you stop cropping yourself out of a wedding picture.
Need a new headshot, or a whole team done? Let’s set it up.
Team and corporate headshots
Team headshots, done at your office in one morning.
Most of my headshot work is teams. A law firm in Chula Vista. A lighting company in Kearny Mesa that calls me back every time they hire. A chiropractic office in Imperial Beach. A team of financial advisors downtown. I bring the lights and the backdrop to you, set up in a conference room, and people step in one at a time between meetings. Nobody loses half a day driving to a studio.
The part that matters for a team is the match. Everyone gets the same light and the same framing, so the whole page lines up when it goes on your website. When someone new joins, I can shoot them later and they fit right in. I’ve been doing this for dozens of teams, and 15+ years behind the camera taught me how to keep a line of nervous people moving and still get each one a photo they like.
Camera shy?
Hate having your picture taken? Good. Let’s fix that.
Almost everybody tells me the same thing: I’m not photogenic. Then they freeze, the smile stops at the mouth, and they’re right back to using the photo from three jobs ago.
Here’s the truth. That old photo didn’t fail because of your face. It failed because nobody got you comfortable. That’s most of my job. I’ll tell you what to do with your hands, I’ll show you the back of the camera as we go, and I’ll get at least one real laugh out of you. That laugh is usually the shot you pick.
There’s more for the camera-shy owner here.

What you get with a headshot session.
- A quick call first: what the photo is for, where it’ll live and the look you want
- Studio lights and a backdrop brought to your office, or a natural-light spot outside
- Coaching the whole time: posture, hands, chin, and a real laugh
- You see the photos on the back of the camera as we shoot, so you know you’ve got it
- More than one look if you want it, like a jacket on and jacket off
- Natural retouching that keeps you looking like you
- Edited photos in an online gallery, sized for LinkedIn, your website and print
- For teams, a matching setup for everyone, and the notes to match it again later
How a headshot session goes.
Before
The plan
We talk about what the photo is for, what to wear and where we’ll shoot. For a team, we set the schedule so people can step in between meetings.
Shoot day
Relaxed, then the shot
I set up, we talk for a few minutes, and the nerves go. I coach you through it and we look at the photos together as we go.
Delivery
Ready to post
You pick your favorites from an online gallery. I retouch them naturally and send them back sized for everywhere you’ll use them.
Fair question
Why not use an AI headshot?
I build AI tools for a living, so people expect me to say go for it. I don’t. A headshot has one job, and that job is trust. When someone meets you in person, they should see the same face they saw on your website.
AI headshots smooth away the little things that make you look like you. People can tell, even when they can’t say why. I use AI to run my business. I don’t use it on your face.
Common questions about professional headshots.
How much do professional headshots cost in San Diego?
It depends on how many people, how many looks and where we shoot, so there’s no price list on this site. One headshot and a thirty-person team day are different jobs. Text me what you need and I’ll give you a straight number, with no surprise add-ons later.
How much do corporate headshots cost for a team?
It comes down to how many people, how many looks and how long I’m on site. Tell me roughly how many people and where your office is, and I’ll come back with a clear quote before anything gets booked.
Can you come to our office?
Yes, and for teams that’s usually the best way. I bring the lights and the backdrop, set up in a conference room or an open corner, and people step in one at a time. Nobody has to drive anywhere.
What should I wear for a headshot?
Wear what you’d wear to meet your best client. Solid colors work better than busy patterns, and a jacket you can take off gives you two looks. Bring a second top if you’re not sure. We’ll talk it through before the shoot.
How long does a headshot session take?
For one person, plan on less time than you think, and most of it is just getting comfortable. For a team, each person is usually in and out in a few minutes, so I can photograph a whole office in a morning.
I really hate photos of myself. Will this work for me?
That’s most of the people I photograph. I’ll coach you the whole way, show you the photos as we go and keep it light. If you leave without one you like, we keep going until you have one.
Need the whole event covered too? See corporate event photography, or everything I photograph.
My promise
The “Dang, That’s Me” Promise.
You see the photos as we shoot. If you leave without one you like, we keep going until you have one.
How it works
- You look at the photos on the back of the camera as we go, and tell me what you like and what you don’t.
- We keep going in the same session, with the same setup. A new outfit or a new location is a new look we can plan together.
- On team days it works per person.
Ready for a headshot you’re proud of?
Text me what you need: just you, or the whole team, and roughly when. One line is enough. I’ll write back with a couple of questions and we’ll know fast if it’s a fit.
I reply within one business day.
