A photo that looks like you on a good day.
I’m Eddie Flores, a San Diego headshot photographer and brand photographer for business owners and their teams. Almost everybody tells me they hate having their picture taken. Then we talk for a few minutes, they forget the lens is there, and the photo that comes out is the one they actually use. Headshots, team portraits, brand and lifestyle shots, and product photos, from the same guy who films your videos. Just show up. I’ll take it from there, starting with getting you to laugh.

As of October 2026. Counted from my own archive and rounded down, every kind of client shoot since 2010 included.
Pick what you need
Headshots and business photography, start to finish.
“My headshot is from three jobs ago.”
Headshots
A headshot that looks like the person your client meets at the coffee shop. LinkedIn, your website, a speaking bio, a press kit. One photo you’re proud to send instead of the one you crop out of a wedding picture.
“Half my team has no photo, and the other half look like they work at different companies.”
Team portraits and corporate headshots
One look for the whole team, shot at your office in one setup. Everybody gets a few relaxed minutes, nobody waits around all day, and your team page finally looks like one company.
“My website is all stock photos, and my customers can tell.”
Brand and lifestyle photos
You at work, in your space, with your people and your tools. Real moments for your website, your social posts and your ads, so a stranger sees the actual business before they ever call.
“My product is great. My photos make it look average.”
Product photography
Clean shots, close details and the product in real hands. Photos that do the selling on your site and your listings while you’re busy making the next one.
“We have an event coming up and it has to look as good as it felt.”
Business events
Conferences, galas, launches and team days. Photos ready to share with your guests while everybody is still talking about it.
Every shoot is different, so there’s no price list here. Text me what you need and when, and I’ll tell you straight what makes sense, even if the honest answer is “your phone is fine for that one.”
Real people
They hated photos too. Here’s how they came out.
Every photo on this page is a real client who said yes to being on my site. No stock. No models. No AI faces. Tap any row to see more.

How it works
Four steps from “I hate photos” to “use that one.”
A quick conversation
What is the photo for, and who is going to see it? A LinkedIn headshot and a speaking-bio portrait are different photos. We figure that out first.
What to wear, and where
I’ll send you a short list of what works on camera. We pick the spot: your office, your shop, your job site, or somewhere that fits your brand.
The session
I talk, you laugh, I shoot. You’ll see the photos on the back of the camera as we go, so there are no surprises and no “wait, was my eye closed?”
Your gallery
You get an online gallery, you pick your favorites, and they come back retouched and ready for the web and for print.
Camera shy?
Hate photos of yourself? You’re my favorite kind of client.
Most people freeze the second a lens points at them. Same stiff jaw, same smile that stops at the mouth. Then they see the photo, decide they’re “just not photogenic,” and keep using the old one for five more years.
I know that’s a little harsh. But that’s the truth: that photo didn’t fail because of your face. It failed because nobody got you comfortable first. I’ve spent 15+ years getting business owners relaxed in front of a camera, for films and for stills, and it’s the same skill either way. I’ll tell you what to do with your hands. I’ll get at least one real laugh out of you. And somewhere in the middle you’ll look at the back of the camera and think, dang, that’s actually me.
There’s more for the camera-shy owner here.

Fair question
Why not just make an AI headshot?
I build AI systems for a living, so my answer surprises people. For a headshot, use a real photo. A headshot has one job: trust. The person who walks into your office should recognize the person they saw online. AI headshots smooth away the exact things that make you look like you, and people can feel it even when they can’t say why.
AI runs a lot of my business: the scheduling, the invoices, the follow-ups. It never touches your face.
Families
Photographing your family instead?
That’s a whole different kind of shoot, so it has its own home. My family work, the newborns, the milestones and the anniversaries, lives at my family studio, Love Life Photography. Same photographer, same care, a whole site built just for families.

Where I shoot
Based in San Diego. I come to you.
Most of my business shoots happen at your place: your office, your shop, your job site, wherever your people actually work. That’s where the real photos are. I drive to Orange County and Los Angeles for team and brand shoots too, and I bring the lights with me. If you’re farther out, text me and we’ll figure out if the drive makes sense.
Questions people ask before they text me.
How much does a headshot photographer cost in San Diego?
It depends on how many people, how many looks and where we shoot, so there’s no price list on this site. One headshot and a forty-person team day are different jobs. Text me what you need and I’ll give you a straight answer, with no surprise add-ons later.
Can you come to our office and do the whole team?
Yes. That’s most of my team work. I set up once, everybody comes through for a few relaxed minutes, and every photo matches, so your team page looks like one company.
What should I wear?
Whatever you’d wear to meet your best customer. Solid colors photograph better than busy patterns, and bring a second option so we have a choice. I’ll send you a short list before the shoot.
Do you retouch the photos?
Yes, and I keep it honest. Stray hairs, a blemish that’s gone next week, a distracting background. You’ll still look like you, because that’s the whole point.
Can you shoot video the same day?
Yes. A lot of clients book photos and video together so they only block the day once. See my San Diego video production work.
Do you photograph families or weddings?
Not on this site. My family and milestone work lives at Love Life Photography.
Ready when you are
When’s the last time you liked a photo of yourself?
Be honest. I’ll wait. Then text me what you need: a headshot, the whole team, your products, and roughly when. One line is enough. I’ll write back with two questions, and we’ll both know fast if this is a fit. Rather type it out? Use the form and it comes straight to me.
I read every message myself and reply within one business day.
