Service · Full-Day Shoot

Full day. Several deliverables. One setup.

A full-day shoot is eight to nine hours on location for projects that don’t fit in half a day: a founder interview plus customer testimonials, a launch film plus a quarter of social cuts, or an event. One setup, one crew, one day, and you walk away with a stack of finished pieces.

West Coast Martial Arts · A full day, start to finish

Who this is for.

The full day is for the project that won’t fit in half of one. A founder interview plus three customer testimonials. A launch video plus a quarter of social content. Event coverage. A walk through your whole operation with several people talking. If everything needs the same setup and the same energy, doing it in one day is the smart move.

It’s also the right size if you’ve already done a half day, liked the playback, and want a bigger swing. The conversation already happened. I already know your space and your voice. Adding a second deliverable to the same day costs less than starting a new half day from scratch.

What’s included.

  • Eight to nine hours on location
  • Multiple cameras and a full crew
  • Full audio, lighting and grip
  • The brand-message conversation the week before
  • Raw footage for your archive
  • Editing as an option, which adds about two weeks

What it looks like in practice.

Before

Run of show

The conversation happens the week before, on a video call. We plan the topics, the speakers and the order of the day.

Shoot day

Four blocks and a real lunch

The founder interview first. Then testimonials or a second speaker. Then b-roll: the place, the work, the people. Then the unscripted moments, which are usually the ones that get shared most. Lunch is built in, and we don’t skip it. Hour eight depends on hour four.

Delivery

The full folder

With editing, expect the full delivery in about two weeks. Many full-day clients add a review call where we watch the master cut together before the final version.

Common questions about full-day shoots.

What is “full day” exactly?

Eight to nine hours on location, plus forty-five to sixty minutes of setup before. Lunch is built in. The brand-message conversation happens separately, the week before, on a video call.

How much can we fit in one day?

Realistically, two or three substantial videos plus social cuts. A founder interview and three customer testimonials, or a brand film and a stack of vertical content. Past that, the day gets cramped and the energy drops, and it shows on camera.

Can we film at more than one location?

Yes, if they’re close. Two spots within about twenty minutes of each other works fine. Three is usually too much for one day because of teardown and setup. That’s when we plan two days instead.

Is editing included?

It’s optional. Most full-day clients add it because there’s a lot of footage to work with. If you have your own editor, raw footage is fine.

What happens if we run long?

The day is planned with buffer, so most shoots wrap on time. If we truly need more time and you want to keep going, it’s an hourly add, and I’ll ask you before it happens. Nobody likes a surprise bill.
